Now Accepting Poster Submissions for the
​2023 PAAA Annual Meeting

Poster program funded by the Pennsylvania Allergy Educational and Research Fund (PAERF)
Guidelines and requirements
FIT Poster Presenters must be members of PAAA.
(there is no membership category for residents or medical students). In-Training membership is complimentary.
If you are not already a member of PAAA, complete the PAAA Online Membership Application.
 
Submission Requirements

Please read the following requirements and expectations carefully before submitting:
  • FIT, Resident, Medical Student, or Attending (NO pharma or MSL poster submissions)
  • The poster may have been displayed at a prior regional or national meeting.
  • All posters will be judged in advance; the planning committee will select the top submissions to be presented at the Annual Meeting in Hershey in June
  • Required uploads:
    • Headshot
    • W-9
    • Abstract (word document)
  • All who submitted will be notified by May 15 if they have been selected to present.
 
In Person Meeting Requirements
  • PAAA will have a TV screen in the Lobby outside of the meeting room for Digital Presentations (presenter will stand next to screen and present live).
    • Length of presentation is to be determined based on number of submissions
    • Presentations will be assigned during the breaks on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
      • Friday, June 23 between 10:15am-10:45am
      • Saturday, June 24 between 10:15am-10:45am
      • Sunday, June 25 between 9:15am-9:45am
 
All presenters are eligible for a $300 stipend if all obligations are fulfilled. A check will be mailed to the presenter, two weeks following the meeting.

All Poster Presenters MUST register for the PAAA Annual Meeting as a PAAA Poster Presenter
​(a password will be sent at a later date). 
Registration for poster presenters is complimentary.​
