| The Pennsylvania Allergy Educational Research Foundation (PAERF) is the research funding arm of the PAAA. This foundation will award research grants upwards of ten thousand dollars for research projects related to the field of allergy and immunology. Applications must be submitted to Maria Elias at the PAAA office by February 28 th. Decisions will be finalized by the end of June and funds will be available shortly thereafter. The recipient is expected to present the completed work at the earliest June PAAA annual meeting following completion of the project. Previous research projects have varied from basic science to clinical questions. Allergy/Immunology fellows are strongly encouraged to apply.
