The Pennsylvania Allergy Educational Research Foundation (PAERF) is the arm of the PAAA that funds educational and research endeavors related to the field of allergy and immunology. Research grant applications must be submitted to Maria Elias at the PAAA office by February 28th. Decisions will be finalized by the end of June and funds will be available shortly thereafter. The recipient is expected to present the completed work at the earliest June PAAA annual meeting following completion of the project. Previous research projects have varied from basic science to clinical questions. Allergy/Immunology fellows are strongly encouraged to apply.
Allergy/Immunology fellow travel grants for the PAAA Annual Meeting may be awarded to each training program in Pennsylvania. Contact your training program director or PAAA for additional information.
